What should I do with my Username and Password?
Each user has direct responsibility to maintain the privacy of his/her unique Username and Password, as both will provide access to the Electronic Commerce platform, the user information you have submitted and give access also to some specific services of this platform (for example: "Order Management") on your behalf.
Please keep your Username and Password in a safe place and don't give it away. You should not disclose your Password to any third party. Any such disclosure or other loss of control of your Password could result in adverse consequences to you and disclosure of your personally identifiable information.

What about Data Security?
Our Company uses industry standard security enhanced systems and physical restrictions in order to prevent third parties access to your user information.
Although we do our best efforts to maintain the privacy of your user Information, we cannot guarantee that your user information will not be intercepted by third parties illegal efforts. You provide the information at your own risk. Anyway, such a possibility remains highly unlikely.

What about Cookies and Tracking?
Our Company sometimes uses a feature of your Internet Web browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification code to your computer.

What about the use of the collected information?

As a necessary part of completing some transactions, your contact information could be shared with the other party/parties involved in business relationships arising from the E-Commerce platform services, in accordance with our "Terms and Conditions". In order to complete some transactions over the platform, for example those related to the payment of Samples or Orders, you may be required to provide your credit card number, cardholder's name, expiration date, billing address and other billing information.
